What are payment terms?
Monthly desks are available on 1 month security and 1 month advance rent. Daily desks are available on daily payments (subject to availability).

What payment methods are accepted?
We accept payments by Cash, Paytm, PhonePe, Google Pay, UPI and online transfers (NEFT/IMPS).
How can I cancel my desk?
To cancel your monthly desk, let us know at least 15 days in advance. We'll adjust pro-rated rent from your security deposit and refund the balance.
What is the payment policy?
Payment must be made 100% in advance.

What documents are required for individuals?
PAN Card, Aadhaar Card, and one passport-size photo are required for individuals.
What documents are required for companies?
PAN Card, Aadhaar Card, and a business certificate (GST Certificate or Incorporation) are required for companies.
